What we do and who we are

We design and make products that are unique and of premium quality, for clients that are looking for uniqueness when they furnish and decorate their dwellings, products that are different from what people know as “usual” or “standard” available in markets.

Our products are functionally very practical, while early on, environmental implications of them and their manufacturing processes is well thought. They are hand made in order to obtain and maintain highest quality.

We are “UNIQUE DWELL”, established by us, “Maziar and Xavi”. We are close friends with a shared core interest of giving back to people and nature. Ideating and realizing differentiated, innovative and authentic products is our passion.

Fulfillment

  • By innovating concepts and products that were not available before, we don’t look to compete with other providers or try to take their share of the market. We open new horizons primarily to our customers and any other business who can enter and expand to these newly explored fields.
  • Our priority in manufacturing is outsourcing. This is inherently routed in our products’ designs. This is the way we generate work and business for a variety of manufacturing workshops and fabricators. Our suppliers will become an integrated part of our engineering and manufacturing value chain.
  • We value handmade. We re-explore and add engineering value to the valuable experience and craftsmanship of small workshops which have been in business for generations, craftsmen’s excellence inherited from fathers to their sons.
  • Innovating products that can be used as a way/tool to bring back more greenery into daily lives has been our primary move. The ultimate goal of that, has been improving quality of peoples' lives.
  • Early on product concept ideation, and afterwards throughout design, manufacturing, distribution, aftersales up until recycling of product, we remain dedicated to wellbeing of fellow human being and nature
  • Innovating products that can be used as a way/tool to bring back more greenery into daily lives has been our primary move. The ultimate goal of that, has been improving quality of peoples' lives. This is how we have also given back to nature, through increasing peoples' awareness about nature, its importance and value.
